Employee EPF is 12% of Basic + DA. Employer EPF/EPS/EDLI/admin are capped on the ₹15,000 wage ceiling, so EPS is at most ₹1,250/month. ESI applies only when gross wage is at or below ₹21,000/month. The EPF wage ceiling is pending a Supreme Court-directed revision.
